RF stands for Radio Frequency and corresponds to the German abbreviation HF for high frequency
The RF theory was also supported by a 2014 statement from the US National Security Agency (NSA) released in a worker's compensation case, which described such a weapon as a "high-power microwave system weapon that could have the ability to weaken, intimidate or kill an enemy over time without leaving evidence." The statement went on to say, "...this weapon is designed to bathe a target's living quarters in microwaves."

Electromagnetic (EM) waves are waves of the electric and magnetic fields. Both fields are perpendicular to each other and oscillate perpendicular to the direction of propagation. They propagate at the speed of light and do not require a medium to propagate.
The electromagnetic spectrum covers a wide frequency range. The visible range is between 380 (violet) and 720 (red) nm. Above these wavelengths are infrared radiation, microwave radiation and radio waves, and below these are ultraviolet radiation and X-rays or gamma radiation.

Comment: Interesting article by Dr. Anna Schulte-Loosen from the Fraunhofer Institute for Scientific and Technical Trend Analysis INT, in Euskirchen about:
Special hardware for artificial intelligence (AI) refers to computer hardware that has been specifically designed for the use of AI applications. Compared to conventional computer hardware, such special hardware can not only accelerate the execution of AI processes, but it also enables more compact and energy-efficient systems. In this way, it allows, among other things, the processing of significantly larger amounts of data and improved use of AI in mobile devices. Important current approaches in the field of AI special hardware are special hardware for deep learning, neuromorphic hardware (neuromorphic hardware refers to highly optimized electrical circuits that are designed for a specific purpose. They are rigid but highly efficient and are used, for example, in the processing of audio and biosignals (e.g. heart rate)) and, to a certain extent, quantum computers.
The current advances in the field of AI have been achieved largely through the use of deep learning methods. Deep learning is based on so-called artificial neural networks (ANN). ANNs are to a certain extent inspired by the structure of the brain and consist of a network of artificial neurons arranged in different layers. In the context of deep learning, ANNs with many layers of neurons are used. The calculations required for deep learning can be very well parallelized, i.e. divided into independent sub-calculations that can then be carried out simultaneously. Therefore, graphics processors are often used for this purpose due to their specialization in such parallel calculations. With the help of special hardware for deep learning, however, performance improvements compared to graphics processors can be achieved, since the corresponding circuits are even more geared towards this application.

Quantenradar
A quantum radar is the concept of a radar-like detection system in the microwave range, in which properties of quantum physics are used on the transmitter and typically also on the receiver side in order to overcome the fundamental performance limits of conventional radar systems determined by classical physics.
Today, a method based on so-called quantum illumination is being investigated in particular. Quantum illumination radars of this type work with quantum states consisting of two entangled microwave signals, with a photon from one signal entangled with a photon from the other signal. These states are created in a non-linear process through which an externally supplied pump photon continuously decays into a pair of entangled photons of lower energy. Of these two signals, one is emitted as a radar signal, while the other remains as a reference in the radar device, where it is retained using a quantum memory such as a quantum delay line. Using a joint quantum measurement of the radiation received from the target region and the retained reference photons, any signal photons reflected from a target can be filtered out of the strong noise at the receiver thanks to the entanglement.
In principle, radar targets can be detected much better than is possible with conventional radar methods. Such quantum illumination radars also emit extremely weak, noise-like signals that disappear in the background noise from the perspective of another receiver that does not have the reference signal. Such systems can therefore hardly be detected and practically not disturbed and are therefore particularly interesting from a military perspective. However, they could also be used in the civilian sector in many of today's radar applications in the future.

Who is watching you? AI can track unsuspecting victims “easily and precisely”
By Chris Eberhart | Fox News
Artificial intelligence can be used for “stalker-like purposes,” said Kevin Baragona, founder of AI.org
Forget Big Brother. A stranger in a cafe can watch you and learn virtually everything about you, where you've been, and even predict your moves "more easily and accurately than ever before," experts say.
“All the user needs is a photo and advanced artificial intelligence technology that already exists,” said Kevin Baragona.
The technology and the threat are as real in the United States as they are overseas, and what worries Baragona is the government and law enforcement's use of AI "in secret."
CA Goldberg, a New York City-based victims' rights law firm that handles AI-related crimes, warned the country about the potential use of AI in stalking.
Advanced facial recognition technology powered by AI is far more effective than humans at identifying people in images or videos, even when the quality is poor or the person is partially obscured. Stalkers could track their victims in real time via surveillance cameras, social media or other online sources."

Comment: We should inform ourselves about the energy weapons and electro-impulse devices the perpetrators use to torture and terrorize us.
An electro-impulse weapon, also called an electro-impulse device (EIG) or stun gun, is a generally non-lethal weapon that works on the principle of a controlled electric shock with a high no-load voltage and an average low output current.
In contrast to a distance electro-impulse device (DEIG), in which electrodes are fired from a magazine at a target, this is a weapon that only works when touched and is primarily aimed at inflicting extreme, excruciating, acute pain on the opponent. The term distance-free device is also used to differentiate it. These weapons were probably invented between the First and Second World Wars and have since been further developed into a "less lethal weapon".
Germany is ahead when it comes to radiation weapons:

Comment: Everyone should actually know that energy weapons are developed, produced, used and sold in Germany. But the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation, Building and Nuclear Safety (BMUV) writes: "Electromagnetic radiation weapons such as lasers or microwaves only appear in movies and conspiracy theories and that no theory in these forms is scientifically proven or logically comprehensible." The BMUV writes about mind control: Some theories even claim that electromagnetic radiation can be used to specifically influence human thinking and actions. "So far, the BMUV is not aware of any causal relationships." The inaccuracies and lack of information on the part of this authority are blatant, or is everything just being denied and covered up and those affected being vilified as conspiracy theorists?
German army tests high-energy laser weapon against drones for the first time, Rheinmetall AG, 27.10.2022
The consortium (ARGE) MBDA and Rheinmetall Waffe Munition GmbH is responsible for the development of the laser weapon system.
MBDA stands for Matra BAe Dynamics Aérospatiale and emerged from the predecessor companies MBB and DASA and is now a European defense company.
Attacks with drones can overwhelm conventional defense systems. During an exercise in the Baltic Sea, the German army has now successfully tested a laser weapon for the first time.
"It is a big step towards operational laser weapons," the two companies said on Thursday.

Spy scandal: How the German army uses artificial intelligence to monitor artists and critics at home
Business Insider, by Philip Kaleta and Tobias Fuchs from February 15, 2023
As part of the project to identify and evaluate enemy propaganda, the "Center for Political Beauty" (ZPS) was monitored, among others. The German artist group has attracted attention in the past with actions critical of the Bundeswehr, and has also drawn attention to right-wing extremist soldiers who have access to weapons.
But is the Bundeswehr allowed to operate in this way domestically? It could be an illegal infringement on the fundamental right to informal self-determination of the spied targets, explains the former President of the Federal Constitutional Court, Hans-Jürgen Papier, in response to a query from Business Insider.
"The fact that a German intelligence service - the MAD - is turning to the public for help in solving the unscrupulous theft of Bundeswehr equipment is probably unique in the history of the Federal Republic." Peter Tauber, State Secretary

STARTUP CLAIMS THAT NEW MILITARY TECHNOLOGY CAN SEE DIRECTLY THROUGH WALLS - SOMETHING SCARY! by Viktor Tangermann 27.06.2022
Futurism.com is a media company of Recurrent Ventures (covering tomorrow's products, technologies and policies), in New York City.
An Israeli military technology startup called Camero-Tech has unveiled a radar-based device that it claims will allow soldiers to literally "see through walls," Insider reports, raising significant questions about surveillance and privacy.
The Xaver 1000 is a next-generation radar that can actually "see" through walls. It is a futuristic device that can provide intelligence units with "an unprecedented 3D visual situational picture" and has the ability to "detect living objects behind walls and buildings."
Operating the device is a breeze, according to the company, and can be done by a single user. Camero-Tech claims that the device can "penetrate most common walls and materials," including cement and concrete, within a 137-foot radius using a pulse-based ultra-wideband radar. An integrated 10-inch touchscreen makes it possible to see living objects behind almost any wall. An AI algorithm can then track their movements. The 36-pound device can be easily stored thanks to a foldable antenna, and can be positioned almost anywhere.
The device could give ground teams a decisive advantage – or even save lives in natural disasters – but it also offers ominous new possibilities for invasive surveillance.

Detection of high frequency weapons
Even if an attack with HPM weapons has been detected, localization and the associated combat or counterattack can only be carried out to a very limited extent with the current state of technology. HPM weapons do not leave bullet holes or firing channels like firearms or rocket weapons. Nor do they produce muzzle flashes that could be used to locate them, but can penetrate a wide range of materials almost without leaving a trace.

Ease of proof in disputes over guilt.
Anyone who claims damages as an AI victim must explain the cause and extent of the damage in court. However, this is fundamentally not possible due to a lack of insight into the technology.
Reasonable discretion decides on causation. Here, too, the law must create a fair solution. To this end, the draft helps victims of an AI-supported process with a "presumption of causality". This reduces the burden of proof on the injured party.
Special provision for providers and users of high-risk AI. Higher liability risk when using AI.
Much of the information about AI systems is difficult to distinguish from trade secrets. All of this leaves a lot of room for judicial application of the law.

Franz Miller, a former development engineer in the automotive and aerospace industries, deals with topics such as modern weapon systems and the associated risks and opportunities!
Franz Miller in conversation with Martin Rutter, studio UPENDO.tv video production service, at Lake Wörthersee in Austria about the most modern weapons systems in the world, which are called Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) and explained as “parapsychological warfare”.
These are the most efficient weapons systems that have been secretly and quietly developed by the military over the last few decades to be used for mind control, i.e. consciousness control for large-scale mass murder or simply for targeted killings! You don't hear them, you don't see them, and once you notice the effects, it's usually too late. And the most important thing is: "They are already in our midst!"

RF capture: Researchers use radio signals to see through walls
MIT system can distinguish between individuals and measure pulse. November 7, 2015,
Radio signals can be used for more than just communication and data exchange. Researchers at MIT have discovered how they can be used to detect people behind walls and coverings. With their RF-Capture system, they have achieved proof of concept.
The prototype they developed sends out radio signals and captures their reflections. These are analyzed and put together to form an image from which a human body can be roughly recognized. It should also be possible to distinguish or identify individual people from one another based on individual differences.
RF capture also detects movement and can also be used to detect text written in the air - similar to using a glowing object in a camera shot with an extremely slow shutter speed. Pulse and breathing rate can also be read, explains The Verge.
Low signal strength: According to the scientists, the strength of the radio signal used is 10,000 times lower than that of a typical mobile phone. The system works without the people in the other room having to wear a sensor or other auxiliary device.
The researchers expect that the system will become more and more accurate as it continues to be developed. They are also developing blockers that can prevent data being recorded in this way if desired.
WLAN-Radar
Researchers at University College London have undertaken a similar undertaking. They are working on a Wi-Fi radar that uses the signals from wireless routers to detect people and their direction of movement using a similar principle.

The Little-Known History of the Magnetic Amplifier by KEN SHIRRIFF27 MARCH 2022 - THE FORGOTTEN RIVAL OF THE VACUUM TUBE - the alt-tech of the Third Reich, lasted into the Internet era
After the war, U.S. intelligence officers combed Germany for useful scientific and technical information. Among this mass of information and equipment was the secret of German magnetic amplifiers: metal alloys that made these devices compact, efficient and reliable.
The magnetic amplifier exercises electromagnetic control.
To understand how it works, first imagine a simple inductor (the inductor creates an alternating magnetic field. The alternating field triggers or induces electromagnetic eddy currents in the workpiece being heated, which, together with the electrical resistance, heats the material), such as a wire wound around an iron rod. Such an inductor tends to block the flow of alternating current through the wire. This is because when current flows, the coil creates an alternating magnetic field that concentrates in the iron rod. And this varying magnetic field induces voltages in the wire that counteract the alternating current that created the field in the first place.
However, the magnetic materials developed in Germany during World War II had their greatest postwar impact on the computer industry.
Magnetic cores can not only store data but also perform logical functions.
It may be difficult to find a magnetic amplifier, but perhaps a new application – e.g. for quantum computers – will breathe new life into them.
The magnetic amplifier (colloquially known as a "mag amp") is an electromagnetic device for amplifying electrical signals. The magnetic amplifier was invented in the early 20th century and was used as an alternative to vacuum tube amplifiers where robustness and high current capacity were required. During World War II, Germany perfected this type of amplifier and it was used in the V-2 rocket. The magnetic amplifier was best known in low frequency signal applications until about 1957. The magnetic amplifier has now been largely replaced by the transistor-based amplifier, except for a few safety-critical, high-reliability or extremely demanding applications. Wikipedia

Extending human rights to neurotechnology By: Dr. Marcello Ienca - 07.10.2021
Technologies that interact with the human brain present us with completely new ethical challenges. To meet these, human rights should be expanded, argues Marcello Ienca.
Neurorights are not just an abstract academic idea, but a principle that has become part of national and international politics: the Spanish Secretary of State for AI recently published a Charter of Digital Rights that mentions neurorights as part of civil rights for the new digital age, and the Italian Data Protection Authority dedicated Data Protection Day 2021 to the topic of neurorights. The new French law on bioethics also affirms the right to mental integrity. It allows for the prohibition of harmful modifications to brain activity.

Organic neurorights - dealing with neural data
Neurotechnologies, such as those being researched in the billion-dollar European flagship research project “The Human Brain Project”, hold great promise for the future. Some successes have already been achieved on the way to the futuristic computer-brain interface.
The legal perspective:
The creation of such a brain database for research purposes raises questions about the protection of personal neural data.
Interface technologies are divided into those that “read” the brain to record brain activity and decipher its meaning, and those that “write” to the brain to manipulate activity in specific regions and influence their function.
Further technologies are in the works:
