Now a Chinese research team claims to have developed a device that will revolutionize electronic warfare. As SCMP reports, they speak of a "game changer" that has the potential to permanently change the military imbalance.

The team claims to have developed a microwave weapon that is much more compact and requires less energy than previous models. This means it can be built into smaller and cheaper military drones. It does not specify how small, but only talks about "all types of drones". One of the Chinese military's smallest drones is the Rainbow CH-803, with a wingspan of 3 meters.

China has already published several research projects in the past that deal with new types of propulsion for drones. These are intended to enable operation at very high altitudes for several days or weeks. A network of such drones that constantly orbit the earth could enable China to disrupt radar and communication systems anywhere in the world in just a few minutes.

He said the House committee needs to learn more from the intelligence community about the unusual health incidents.

"Based on my years of representing AHI victims, I have no doubt that the executive branch is covering up what it actually knows about these incidents, including the cause and foreign perpetrators," Mr. Zaid said. "We look forward to the truth finally coming out and both the perpetrators and the U.S. government deniers being held accountable."

CIA operatives around the world, including in Wisconsin and U.S. Senator Ron Johnson, are among the latest possible targets of the Havana Syndrome.

"I don't advertise that much, but I have certainly been investigated for potential exposure myself," Johnson said during an interview with the Wisconsin Law Journal on Wednesday.

"I lost my hearing and my balance at the same time," Johnson said, noting that the hearing loss in 2018 was permanent.

Johnson said he experienced significant neurological symptoms consistent with Havana syndrome following a trip to Moscow in 2018, resulting in permanent hearing loss in one ear, balance problems, and an evaluation for Havana syndrome at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Walter Reed Hospital.

"I had a blood loss to my cranial nerve... I'm basically deaf in my right ear. My balance has returned to some degree, but it's still impaired," Johnson said, noting that he has not been definitively diagnosed with Havana syndrome, but that's what's being investigated.

Washington, D.C., attorney Mark Zaid, who represents victims of Havana Syndrome, said, "Imagine waking up one morning feeling great and getting ready for work." Then suddenly, debilitating simultaneous symptoms such as ear pain, blurred vision, dizziness and uncontrollable vomiting that lasts for days, among others.

New information provided to the Wisconsin Law Journal last week explains how technology likely developed and deployed by the United States is now being used by Russia to target American citizens.

The need for legal representation is increasing

According to Zaid, the Havana Syndrome could be part of a larger government cover-up.

"I dare say there is a cover-up," Zaid said, noting that there are several theories as to why the U.S. government has downplayed it and made victims of the syndrome believe there is something psychologically wrong with them when in reality it is a severe brain injury.

In response, Johnson said there were certainly more questions than answers.

"I think the executive branch and the intelligence community classify far too much information. We are not transparent. We are not honest with the American public who pay their bills," Johnson said. CIA Project Pandora: Microwave remote manipulation of the brain

Microwave fends off drones in swarm attack

The USA is developing an air defense system based on microwave radiation called Tactical High-power Operational Responder (Thor) that is intended to destroy swarms of drones. The weapon has been in development for several years.

However, existing anti-drone measures such as jammers, shotguns, nets and even trained birds of prey are only of any use if the enemy drones attack in relatively small numbers. Stopping a swarm of drones could prove to be much more difficult, which is why the microwave weapon is being developed. This destroys the drones' electronics.

"THOR has never been tested against these types of drones, but that didn't stop the system from knocking the targets out of the sky with its non-kinetic, speed-of-light high-power microwave (HPM) pulses," he said.

As the threats posed by drone swarms continue to evolve, leaders from across the Department of Defense are working closely together to ensure we explore various technologies, such as directed energy, to support the needs of combat forces against such threats in the future.

Who controls the Federal Intelligence Service?

Within the Federal Chancellery, Department 7 is responsible for the technical supervision of the BND and for the coordination of the three federal intelligence services BND, BfV and MAD. Its head, since March 2022 Dagmar Busch, administrative lawyer, is coordinator of the federal intelligence services and head of Department 7 in the Federal Chancellery in Berlin. Continuation: Invisible dangerous radiation attacks - unexplained bodily injuries

Imagine that you have fallen victim to a dangerous crime and you describe your distress, pain and all the horror that is taking place invisibly beneath the surface to your family and friends, but no one believes you because it is beyond the imagination of your listeners. Such crimes, which use modern information technology and electronic infrastructure to deliberately irradiate civilians from a distance with directed microwave energy and inflict great pain and serious health problems on them, have never happened before in human history.

The judiciary says there is a lack of evidence of criminal acts and their securing for criminal proceedings. The IT forensics department supports investigations in securing evidence from data storage devices and prepares these for criminal analysis. The computers, cell phones and landline phones of all those affected were first hacked, always using the same tools and procedures. Based on this fact alone, the public prosecutor's office should have at least initiated investigations into organized crime. But neither the North Rhine-Westphalia Cybercrime Central Contact Point, nor the public prosecutor, nor the public prosecutor general's office, nor the Ministry of Justice did this.

The 24/7 surveillance of all those affected could also be used for criminal investigation purposes. What is irritating, however, is that the responsible authorities, such as the BKA, police, criminal inspectors and public prosecutors, do not even try to solve these crimes, but rather make their decisions reflexively - always with the same argument: there is no evidence of criminal acts.

This does not take into account the fact that in the digital age the legal framework is currently inadequate, as there are new criminal phenomena with a new radius of action. These include anonymous and traceless crimes with high-tech weapons that can mercilessly torture, seriously injure and even kill the civilian population from a distance. A critical review of the training and supervision of the BKA, the police, criminal inspectors and public prosecutors would be necessary, because it is likely that they have not heard of the Havana Syndrome due to ignorance and also have information deficits in the area of modern neurotechnologies and energy weapons. For this reason, they are not in a position to adequately perform their tasks and responsibilities in a new criminal radius of action.

Meanwhile, those affected face completely different challenges every day, namely how to protect themselves from these extremely painful radiation attacks and how to survive this secret torture program.

Although the Havana Syndrome was in the press worldwide for months and both well-known doctors and renowned scientists in the USA such as Dr. David Relman, Professor of Medicine, Microbiology and Immunology at Stanford, and Julie Pavlin, a doctor who headed the Global Health Division of the National Academies of Sciences in Washington, diagnosed and confirmed that the mysterious Havana Syndrome was attacks with directed microwave energy, to date no protective measures have been taken for citizens.

Dr. James Benford is a physicist and leading authority on microwaves. He is president of Microwave Sciences, which studies high-power microwave systems, and co-author of the book on microwave transmission - portable microwave transmitters of the kind that can damage brain tissue. He says the best, most plausible explanation is that it is a high-power microwave weapon.

There are numerous reputable institutes, such as the Fraunhofer Institute, the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in New York, the Institute of Computer Engineering and many others, that could provide well-founded information and evidence in the field of "directed microwave energy", but neither politicians nor the judiciary make use of them. This is called "failure to provide assistance to protect citizens".

The fact is that people in Germany are being tortured from a distance with energy weapons that have the ability to exert power over the life, health and well-being of other civilians. Electromagnetic weapons, also known as psychotronic weapons, operate at the speed of light; they can kill, torture and enslave. The public is largely unaware of their existence. The effects include:

• partial memory loss,
• 2nd degree burns,
• Muscle cramps with progressive disease of the motor nerves in the brain and spinal cord
• Nausea Migraine headaches,
• Krebs,
• Heart attack,
• Deterioration of vision,
• years of sleep deprivation, which causes a number of serious health risks.

The media, such as Der Spiegel, Die Zeit, Handelsblatt and many others, have reported, in some cases years ago, on the dangers of microwave technology being used against the civilian population.

How is it possible that thousands upon thousands of people have had to endure this brutal radiation torture for years and nobody stops this unspeakable terror? It is hard to imagine that the world's most outstanding secret services are supposedly unable to identify the techniques and perpetrators. Why is this so difficult to find out? Who is preventing these inhuman crimes from being solved? We, the people affected, will get to the bottom of the matter and will not stop reporting and accusing until the truth finally comes to light and the perpetrators are prosecuted.

In the sequel, a daily routine of those affected is described in order to give those not affected an idea of what it means to be in this decomposition and radiation program.

What to do if a punishable crime goes unpunished?

Are we then faced with a significant gap in criminal liability? Does the punishable act require the gap in the law to be closed?

In fact, there is still no law that deals with the issue of health damage caused by microwave radiation. Does Germany need a new, expanded legal regulation for this? Yes, absolutely. The Basic Law offers no protection against this.

There is also very little public understanding of how the world is constantly changing due to extraordinary advances in neurotechnology, AI, robotics, computing and other technologies. Therefore, it is extremely important to explain the cutting-edge technologies and current and upcoming developments, and to draw attention to the fact that such technologies can also be misused. It is necessary to educate the public about their rights.

Then there will be no excuse for the crimes committed using microwave technology for many years to go unpunished in Germany and around the world.

Microwave irradiation techniques

Can microwaves (MW), with concentrated high radiation energy, cause crimes without leaving a trace? The frightening answer is: YES, ABSOLUTELY! Microwaves (MW) are invisible, move at the speed of light, pass through walls and houses and leave no trace.

High-powered microwaves can be aimed specifically at people in their homes. The weapons use the effect of electromagnetic fields on the human organism. They injure, destroy and kill with electromagnetic energy. Microwave radiation penetrates the human body invisibly through the skin and enables extremely painful torture without leaving a trace.

At low frequencies, microwave radiation is an uncontrollable form of human experimentation that makes life hell for thousands of people. These are spectacular crimes that cannot be refuted with the usual killer argument: "conspiracy theory". In fact, we are talking about modern weapons systems such as microwaves, lasers, radar, radio and other life-threatening technologies that, according to official reports, are used in the military, by secret services and by private criminal groups as a "decomposition program" and as involuntary human experiments.

A normal person can hardly believe or understand this. The victims run into a wall of disbelief - because no one who is not affected believes them. In fact, Stasi-style decomposition has been practiced and expanded by Western secret services for years. On top of that, private criminal groups have gained access to these torture technologies and are abusing, mistreating and torturing innocent citizens from a distance.

The Civil Protection Commission of the Federal Ministry of the Interior warned of "electromagnetic terrorism" in Germany in its three published risk reports from 2001, 2006 and 2011. Electromagnetic terrorism has been a bitter reality in Germany for years. Thousands of victims experience hellish torments every day and are urgently asking for help so that this unspeakable pain and indescribable suffering finally ends. The Federal Ministry of the Interior, which is actually responsible for protecting the civilian population, has not done anything to protect the population from this bestial torture with electromagnetic radiation. It is an unbelievable scandal that the Federal Ministry of the Interior has ignored all urgent appeals for help and even denied the inhuman crime.

Prof. Hans Ulrich Schmidt, head of the department for non-conventional threats at the Fraunhofer Institute, said in an interview with the ZDF online service: "Such weapons (high-tech energy weapons) could be manufactured relatively easily and without great expense by civilians from commercially available components and used for blackmail purposes (organized terrorism). In the military sector, the operational capability of such energy weapons has already been established!

As a victim, I can tell you from my own experience what it means to be persecuted, hunted, mistreated and tortured with this torture instrument, the microwave weapon (MW). But it is not just about my story. Every day, countless people in Germany are exposed to this inhumane MW weapon without protection and suffer indescribable pain, serious physical injuries and are kept as if they were slaves, and are powerless in the face of this insidious, anonymous and traceless crime, which has never happened in this form in human history. Globally, there are millions! The suffering is so unspeakable, it probably exceeds the imagination of those not affected. Many are killed after horrific torture or driven to suicide because of the unbearable pain.

Do you know what remote torture and remote control of people means? I don't think so. It is the end of your personal freedom, your health, your privacy, your business activities, your finances, your mobility, your self-determination and the end of your life so far. The details are horrifying experiences. Under the "Books" section you will find explanations of these technologies and the involuntary human experiments that are used to further develop electromagnetic weapons. The fact that innocent people are attacked from behind and suffer serious physical and mental harm is ignored on the grounds that there is no clear evidence.

You are a guinea pig, a puppet in the hands of governments, secret services, and military special forces as well as devious private criminal gangs who enjoy tormenting, abusing and torturing you 24/7. Metaphorically speaking, you are "like a puppet on a string" or, to put it another way, a tree without leaves that is deliberately and inconspicuously caused to die and die by the perpetrators. It is unreal and painful, and a never-ending nightmare.

Often you think the pain can't get any worse, but it gets worse anyway. Sometimes you give up on life because you can't stand this radiation torture any longer. You ask yourself when will it finally be over? What do you need to keep from breaking down? You have to learn to live with the fear of painful attacks, abuse and tyrannical enslavement. We, the victims, want to make the injustice visible so that these anonymous, traceless and insidious crimes are finally prosecuted.

That is the reason why I am writing this authentic report. Because when the police, judiciary, politicians and secret services claim that there are no electronic weapons and microwave radiation, that does not mean that it is true. As someone affected, I feel it is my duty and task to bring these bestial crimes to light and to fight for all the victims. In fact, it's an urgent wake-up call!
